PROJECT SUMMARY:
This project included installation of concrete and brick pavers
set on poured concrete slabs filled with bituminous plant bed
material.
PROJECT SOLUTION:
It was necessary for this project to conform to the city of
Clayton's strict guidelines for scapes built for municipals
purposes. Plans called for special types of metal tree
grates, concrete, lighting, and irrigation as well as detailed
specifications on the species of tree plantings.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Traffic and vehicle traffic was of special concern here as not
to disrupt the hotel's normal business operations and to keep
dirt and unsightly debris to a minimum in such a high-profile
environment.
