Ideal Landscape Group is the parent company of Ideal Landscape Management, Inc. and Ideal Landscape Construction, Inc. The company does business only in the St. Louis metropolitan market and operates from our state-of-the-art operations facility located in south St. Louis County. Ideal Landscape Management maintains approximately 115 commercial clients per year.

Our account managers and company directors attend the annual ALCA (Associated Landscape Contractors of America) conference, part of the national Green Industry Expo. Training at this national seminar is supplemented by an on-going, 52-week education program throughout the year plus local seminars, on-line courses, and personal interest in self-betterment. At seasonal capacity the company employs over 100 full-time workers all of whom are trained and licensed (if required) in the green industry. Ideal’s turnover rate is very low thanks to a company culture which encourages employee pride and sense of ownership in the organization.

Virtually our entire seasonal workforce has been with us the past several years and all are expected to return in 2008 as part of the United States Department of Labor’s H-2B work visa program. Each laborer is in the United States legally on an official visa and all have valid U.S. Social Security numbers ensuring the payment of all applicable taxes.

A good portion of the Ideal client list is composed of commercial/residential properties, condominiums, and gated communities. Our care and landscape management of Spyglass Summit has allowed the property to be recognized for outstanding landscape maintenance through receipt of the city of Chesterfield’s Beautification Award in 2003 and 2004.

FINANCIAL
In keeping with the company philosophy of supporting locally owned businesses over national corporations, where possible, Ideal Landscape Group does business with Eagle Bank & Trust Company where the company maintains several commercial accounts.  For further reference our
Dun and Bradstreet number (D-U-N-S) is 610404204 and our current rating is GOOD.  Ideal's Paydex rating is 79.  Ideal is fully bonded and insured.  Our largest bonded project to date is $3.9 million.
