Ideal Featured on National Association of Landscape Professionals’ Blog about Cultivating a Successful Company Culture

Ideal Landscape Group is honored to be featured on the National Association of Landscape Professionals’ Blog – The Edge. The article is titled: How I Do It – Cultivating a Successful Company Culture.

The article is about how Ideal Landscape Group put effort into cultivating their company culture which paid off as they were named one of the 2022 Top Workplaces in St. Louis by The St. Louis Post-Dispatch. They were only one of two landscaping companies that made the list.

Refining our culture started by working to remove the non-team players from the production crew and bring on those with a good attitude. Ideal focuses on hiring people with a positive, winning attitude, as it is something you can’t teach. They also create a cohesive and supportive team culture by creating fun, positive, humble, and caring environment which includes daily fist-bumps and monthly barbecues where the owners cook for all employees.
