Over the winter of 2019 into 2020, Ideal Landscape Group made the decision to focus its efforts on recruiting a new workforce for the spring in anticipation of not receiving their seasonal visa workers through the H-2B program.
For many years, Ideal has relied on the H-2B program for over 50% of their labor force. With this significant decision came many new obstacles that needed to be navigated.
